- Oud Products: Can be returned within two (2) days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and have not been used or damaged.
- Perfumes & Accessories: Can be returned within two (2) days of receipt, only if unopened and in their original packaging.
- Opened Perfumes & Accessories: Cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
